First you need to scramble your eggs (4 of them). (Forgot to show that part!) Then you separate your crescents with the points out. Kindof like a star. :)
You can see it a little better here. Then you add CHEESE! Yum! (I just added a handful or so)
Then you add your seasoned and scrambled eggs. (I left mine a tad under-cooked, so they wouldn't overcook in the oven)
Then I warmed up a few sausage links. :)
I peeled off the casing and chopped up 3 of them and put them on top of the eggs.
Then I pulled all the corners up and over till everything was covered up and then glazed it with butter, more cheese, and a salt and pepper mixture.
Then baked it at 350 for about 15 mins.
Slice a piece and enjoy it hot! Super yummy and Reagan keeps asking for more! ;)
It was super easy and I hope you enjoy it too! :)
Looks very good! I always get frustrated when I try a recipe with crescent rolls. They never seem to do what I want!!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious! I am going to have to try this when we get home.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean! There was a little piece of crescent rool that didn't quite fully cook, so I may leave it in a little longer next time, but overall it cooked through and was very flavorful. :)
