Cheesy Sausage and Egg Crescent Wrap-up!

I had Crescent Rolls, Eggs, Cheese, and Sausage and I was hungry!  Checked out pinterest and found this recipe which called for bacon, but I didn't have any, so sausage was an easy substitute!

For your viewing pleasure!

First you need to scramble your eggs (4 of them). (Forgot to show that part!)  Then you separate your crescents with the points out.  Kindof like a star. :)

You can see it a little better here.  Then you add CHEESE! Yum! (I just added a handful or so)

Then you add your seasoned and scrambled eggs. (I left mine a tad under-cooked, so they  wouldn't overcook in the oven)

Then I warmed up a few sausage links. :)

I peeled off the casing and chopped up 3 of them and put them on top of the eggs.

Then I pulled all the corners up and over till everything was covered up and then glazed it with butter, more cheese, and  a salt and pepper mixture.

Then baked it at 350 for about 15 mins.

Slice a piece and enjoy it hot!  Super yummy and Reagan keeps asking for more! ;)
It was super easy and I hope you enjoy it too! :)

  1. Looks very good! I always get frustrated when I try a recipe with crescent rolls. They never seem to do what I want!!!

  3. I know what you mean! There was a little piece of crescent rool that didn't quite fully cook, so I may leave it in a little longer next time, but overall it cooked through and was very flavorful. :)
